| Telephone Consultation Request |
The “phone consultation” has
been developed to assist dog owners that are outside Tom’s normal service area
of Southern Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties and these consultations include
any behavior or obedience problem you may be experiencing. If you live within
this service area, you are welcome to contact Tom for an “in home consultation”
or this phone consultation, whichever is best for you.
Please fill out the form and briefly explain the specific
issue you are having and send it to Tom with a good time for Tom to call. The
first call will be to set up an appointment for the actual consultation and to
obtain the credit card information for payment. We accept Visa and Master Card
only.
I encourage you to read any of the articles on this web site that might pertain
to problems you may be dealing with.
Prices:
$45.00 for 1/2 hour.
$75.00 for 1 hour.
